Can I trade in a car I still owe on?
Yes. Trade-ins are welcome whether your car is paid off or not. I'll get you a real number for it.
Does sending the form check my credit?
No. Sending the form doesn't run your credit. We only talk numbers once we've spoken and you're ready.
Do you sell both new and used?
Yes. New Ford and Hyundai models, plus used trucks, SUVs and cars of every make.
What credit score do I need?
Every situation is different. I work with buyers across the credit spectrum, including first-time buyers and people rebuilding credit. Tell me where you're at and I'll find the best path.
How much do I need for a down payment?
It depends on the vehicle and your approval. Some buyers put little or nothing down, and a trade-in can count toward your down payment.
Can I get my trade-in value before I come in?
Yes. Share the year, make, model, mileage and a few photos when I call, and I'll give you a ballpark number before you make the trip.
Do you have F-150s in stock?
Inventory moves fast, especially trucks. Tell me the trim, color and features you want and I'll check what's on the ground in Houston today.
I don't live near Tomball. Can I still buy?
Yes. I work with buyers all over the Houston area and out of state. Most of the process happens by phone, and I'll walk you through pickup or delivery options.
What should I bring to pick up my car?
Your driver's license and proof of insurance. If you're trading in, bring your title or payoff info and all the keys. I'll text you a checklist before you come in.
